Our duct heaters are composed of tubularor finned tubular heating elements that are either flanged or Slip inserted in the duct for air flowing ventilationsystems and comfort heating applications. TUBULAR HEATING ELEMENTS-FINNED & NON FINNEDTubular type elements used in the DuctHeaters are normally Finned. Galvanized Steel or SS Finns are tightly wounded on heavy duty Tubular Heatingelements, The Tube sheath is normally SS 321 & 304 Grade with Tube Diameter of 8mm & 11mm as standardconstruction, Premium Grade Raw Materials like 97% Purity Mgo, Highest Grade-A Resistive Alloy elements areused and Elements are Processed and compact Roll reduced to final diameters before finning is done & bent to U(or) M shape. HEATER DUCT FRAME is made of corrosion-resistant Galvanized steel of suitable gauge as required and the Side flanges are typically 30mm to 40mm, Dimensions are as per GA drawings, the portions on the flanges whichwhile installation are not reachable for Bolting like the flange area under the terminal box extension are self threadedwith 10mm tapping to avoid air leakages at the time of installation from all 4 sides while fastening.Double Wall Thermally Insulated Duct Frames are also available as per client requirement.

TERMINAL ENCLOSURE & COMPONENT PANEL Fabricated using corrosion-resistant steel of suitable Gauge andAesthetically Powder Coated. Ingress Protection Standard as per requirement are also available, the Terminal Boxencases, the Heater Terminals, Wiring, Terminal Blocks, Safety devices like Thermal Resets, DP switch and otherControl Switches. terminal box is many a times thermally Insulated from the heater section.

POWER CONTACTORS are used topower individual stages of heat or asback-upfor safety switches used to energize the Heatersby taking feedback control signal fromcorresponding Sensing devices like HumiditySensor, Thermostats, Humidistat or BSM signals.

DOOR SWITCHA Door Switch is a Safety Limit Switch that automatically Disconnects Power supply to the Heater Control circuit when the Panel Door is opened for Service.

DP SWITCHUsed to prevent a heater from operating if there is no airflow. Provided with apitot tube which, when installed into the duct,makes it sensitive to velocity pressure as well asto static pressure by comparing the differencebetween the Pressures within the Duct andoutside, it has a selectable range in Pascalranging from 20-300 Pascal.

THYRISTOR POWER REGULATOR TPRis a SCRBased Phase Angle Power Controller thatmodulates the power supply to the heater to theexact amount of power to match the heatdemand. It can take input control signal fromdifferent sources like 4-20ma, 0-10VDC.

INDICATING LAMPS:are provided on Face Plateof the Terminal Panel box, They Provide PhaseIndication, Nos of Banks ON Status, TripIndicator incase of SCR and related Conditions.Indicating Lamps are installed on the side paneland used to indicate heater conditions asfollows:

TERMINAL BLOCKS:Suitably rated TBs are provided for input Power supply to theHeater bank and for control Signals like DI, Do as required to & from BMS or fromSensing Device and to provide status and feedback signals of required HeaterBank on/off Positions.

AUTO/MANUAL SELECTOR SWITCHis provided to Toggle between the controlsource, in case the Control Signals are provided from BMS as well as local RHControls and to switch between these options in event of maintenance.
